Privacy Policy
StagHR Labs ("we", "us", "StagHR") provides an HR-document drafting and signing platform. This stub policy describes how we handle data in the v1 beta; full counsel-reviewed copy is in flight.
What we collect
Account email, business name, chat transcripts, uploaded HR documents, signature events, and audit metadata. We do not collect Protected Health Information (see Terms).
How we use it
Your data is used solely to provide the StagHR product to your tenant. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties for advertising. AI prompts and outputs are sent to Anthropic under their data-handling terms.
Encryption at rest
Sensitive fields (user emails, document body content, EIN, audit-event payloads) are encrypted at rest using ActiveRecord encryption with separate primary, deterministic, and key-derivation keys.
PII scrubbing before model calls
Chat preprocessing redacts known-sensitive substrings (emails, phone numbers, EINs) from prompts before they leave our servers.
